Why we exist
Programmes rarely fail for lack of effort.
They fail because complexity outruns control — decisions stall, scope drifts, and the people accountable lose a clear line of sight to delivery.
Our work is to restore that line of sight and keep the programme moving. We have done it across financial services, insurance and mutuals; consumer manufacturing and operations; and property and flexible workspace — in the UK and internationally.

Integration & growth
We completed a post-merger integration onto a single brand and platform, realising around £12m a year of synergies, then led the C-suite's three-year growth programme.
Assurance to recovery
A quotes-and-contracts replacement running over budget and behind plan: we reviewed it independently, then stayed on as Programme Director to deliver the fixes through to completion.
